iRacing Rallycross All-Star Invitational Returns Saturday at Daytona

Fans of iRacing Rallycross will have twice as much action to get excited for starting this weekend, as the iRX All-Star Invitational presented by Yokohama returns to the track at Daytona International Speedway. Competing alongside the iRX World Championship presented by Yokohama, the two events will produce a double feature of wheel-to-wheel action, with a single shared broadcast kicking off on iRacing social media and across competitor Facebook pages starting at 1PM ET/10AM PT.
The iRX All-Star Invitational presented by Yokohama features an eclectic mix of professional racing drivers, action sports athletes, and media personalities from around the world. From real-world rallycross stars like Travis Pastrana, Scott Speed, and Conner Martell to stars of other forms of racing like Kevin Swindell, Sage Karam, and Ron Capps, the entry list reads unlike any other in motorsport. Newcomers expected to participate in the new season include Loenbro Motorsports driver Steve Arpin, action sports and rallycross legend Bucky Lasek, and 2014 GRC champion Joni Wiman.
Drivers who are expected to make appearances in the upcoming iRX All-Star Invitational presented by Yokohama season include the following:
- Steve Arpin, US rallycross race winner and dirt modified and snowmobile champion
- Ron Capps, NHRA Funny Car champion
- Ed Carpenter, NTT IndyCar Series driver/owner and three-time Indianapolis 500 polesitter
- Conor Daly, NTT IndyCar Series driver
- Mason Filippi, TCR race winner and two-time 25 Hours of Thunderhill winner
- Sage Karam, NTT IndyCar Series driver and Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year
- Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins, Penny Arcade creators and PAX founders
- Bucky Lasek, 20-time X Games medalist and US rallycross medalist
- Michael Leach, US rallycross Lites driver
- Arie Luyendyk Jr., Stadium Super Trucks race winner and Indianapolis 500 starter

- Scott Speed, four-time US rallycross champion and Formula 1/NASCAR veteran

iRX All-Star Invitational and World Championship presented by Yokohama action kicks off on Saturday, October 10 at 1PM ET (17:00 GMT) on the iRacing Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube pages, as well as across a number of industry and competitor Facebook pages. A Finnish-language simulcast will air on YLE Areena and YLE E-urheilu.
