This September, the FIA SIMAGIC F4 eSports Global Championship Series arrives with 30 of the top-ranked regional competitors going against one another for a four-event, eight round season with a chance at winning a share of a $25,000 prize pool.

Week 11 saw the Americas region take on Virginia International Raceway, the Asia-Pacific region tackle Winton Motor Raceway, and the Europe region compete at Donington Park. Most of the regions continue to maintain their same top-10 since the end of Week 9, but drop weeks factoring in continue to move the competitors around with only one week left to make it in after this.

AMERICAS REGION

The Americas region refuses to slow down, with 3470 iRacers taking part in the Week 11 festivities at Virginia International Raceway. For the first time since Week 4, a new name is atop the rankings, as Elvis Rankin captured the top split Strength of Field (SoF) race victory on Monday night. The split had an SoF of 3474, relatively low considering, but Rankin collected 212 points towards the title, moving him to the top ahead of Nicolás Rubilar by 86 points. Felipe Juliato also won one of the higher splits, and finished second on the week. Rubilar, Ghiless Jeanney, and Jeffrey Decker rounded out the week’s top-five.

Moving into the overall top-10 this week is Jeff Giassi, following an 11th place finish on the week. Giassi leaps into ninth, ahead of Leo Ovtcharov in 10th. Juliato, despite finishing second on the week, falls to 11th as the drop weeks are calculated. Juliato is 13 points behind Ovtcharov, and is realistically the only driver left that could break back in during the final week.

ASIA-PACIFIC REGION

There wasn’t a lot of change in the Asia-Pacific region again this week. Once again, Damon Woods maintains the lead despite not participating in the Week 11 racing at Winton Motor Raceway. 1898 other iRacers did partake in the races through the week, and it was Kody Deith who led the charge, winning the Tuesday SoF race and collecting 213 championship points. Marcello Rivera, Benjamin Roberts, Curtis C Webb, and Jaidyn J Ladic rounded out the week’s top-five.

Ladic moves back up into second with the top-five on the week, now 81 points behind Woods with one week remaining. The final spot is held by Shoma Shintani at present, and Shintani was able to increase the gap to 107 points over Deklan Webb. The top split SoF was higher than the Americas, clocking in at a 3509 average iRating.

EUROPE REGION

The overall lead changed hands once again in the Europe region as Alejandro Sánchez took control for the first time this season following the Week 11 racing at Donington Park. Sánchez didn’t win the week, that honor belonged to Gordon “Gordie” Mutch, who won the top split SoF race and claimed 302 championship points. However, Sánchez finishing in fourth, winning a lower SoF race and collecting 255 points on the week, was enough with the way the drop weeks work to put him out in front of Mutch by 14 points with one week remaining.

Martin Kadlečík finished second on the week and jumped up into sixth overall. Dan Amor, on the other hand, finished in third and stayed outside the top-10, now 107 points behind Graham Carroll, who finished fifth on the week. The series counts the top-eight weeks for each driver, so Amor did not pick up as many points as Kadlečík or Carroll did when factoring it all in. The SoF race was the highest SoF of all three regions, at 5540 averaged iRating, but only 571 iRacers took part in the Donington action over in Europe last week.
