FIA SIMAGIC F4 eSports Regional Tour Week 4 report: Miranda and Mutch continue to lead as Fujita takes over A/P

This September, the FIA SIMAGIC F4 eSports Global Championship Series arrives with 30 of the top-ranked regional competitors going against one another for a four-event, eight round season with a chance at winning a share of the $25,000 prize pool.
Last week, the Regional Tours all entered Week #4 of competition with racing at Autódromo José Carlos Pace in the Americas, Fuji International Raceway for Asia-Pacific, and Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours for Europe.
AMERICAS REGION
Michael Janney breaks into the top 10 overall after a second week victory in his third week attempt. Janney took the Strength of Field (SoF) race victory, scoring the most points with 343 on the week. Elvis Rankin proved to be another contender in his second straight week, finishing second, ahead of Nicolás Rubilar in third, Victor Miranda in fourth, and Felipe Pujol Dantas in fifth.
Once again, Miranda continues to lead the way in the overall standings after four weeks of racing. To make room for Janney jumping into seventh overall, falling out this week was Jackson Rezende. 1341 iRacers participated at Interlagos in Week 4.

ASIA-PACIFIC REGION
A big week for Kazuki Fujita at Fuji led to a change at the top of the standings for the second week in a row. With Kody Deith not taking part in the Week 4 festivities, Fujita takes control after winning the SoF race, collecting 269 points. Alejandro Sendra also won a race during the week, finishing second overall. Hayata Asaga, Calieb Hydes, and Jaidyn J Ladic rounded out the week’s top-five.
Deith falls down to ninth after leading for a week. Benjamin Roberts, who led the first two weeks of the Region, falls further down into fifth. Damon Woods breaks into the top-10 at the expense of Shoma Shintani. Only 253 iRacers participated in this fourth week in this region.

EUROPE REGION
For the second week in-a-row, Alejandro Sánchez took the top spot after winning the SoF race, collecting 387 championship points. After spotting the field a week to kick things off, Sánchez is now comfortably in the conversation, moving inside the top-10 in the overall. Martin Kadlečík took the runner-up, while Luke McKeown, Aaron Vazquezz, and Elliott Vayron rounded out the week’s top-five finishers.
Gordie Mutch maintains the overall lead despite an off-week of only finishing in 17th in points earned. Mutch leads Vayron by only 19 points, and Moritz Löhner by 22. Oscar Py also moves into the top-10 with Sánchez while both Henry IE Moore and Pablo Espes fall outside. 496 iRacers took part in the racing at Magny-Cours, but once again, the Europe region provided the highest SoF race for the week.
