For nearly 10 years, iRacing member Matt Malone has been building his own, personal community around sim racing through means of streaming on Twitch. Live since 2014, the Illinois native works a full-time job, but his real passion is racing, and he’s able to achieve that through his favorite platform, iRacing.

Matt boasts over 1000 wins on the road side of the service, those of which include an iRacing Daytona 24 in 2021, a Sebring 12 Hour in 2018, and multiple official series championships along with it all. He’s also got a pair of iRacing Daytona 500 victories to his name, in 2016 and 2019.

Here’s what Matt Malone has to say about his iRacing journey so far:

My name is Matt Malone, and I’ve been a part of the iRacing community since April of 2013. Racing games have always been a passion of mine, and iRacing quickly became my go-to platform for all things racing.

I’ve been a fan of racing games ever since I was a console gamer playing Ridge Racer, Destruction Derby, Forza, Gran Turismo, and more, but iRacing takes the experience to a whole new level.

The realism, competition, and community in iRacing is unmatched. I am from the mid-west and stream on Twitch throughout the Summer and even more in the Winter!

Come say hi and join a race with me!
