Only three races remain in the 2025 edition of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup. The series returns on Saturday with the fifth race on the schedule, an inaugural trip to Thruxton Circuit. 30 of the best sim racers in the world are slated to take on the 2.35-mile venue in Hampshire, England.

Live streaming of the events will begin on Saturday at 18:00 GMT (2PM ET) via Porsche’s channels on YouTube and Twitch with the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup All-Star series. The Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup pro drivers will take off one hour afterwards, at 19:00 GMT (3PM ET).

Last Race

Earlier in March, the Mid-Season Tournament took to the Sachsenring for a unique day of racing with a unique format to coincide. Jordan Caruso was unstoppable, winning the pole position and his respective Heat race before leading the entire way in the Feature race, claiming the victory.

While points leader Cooper Webster made the main event and finished around mid-pack, the bigger story was that some of the top drivers in the series, such as Alejandro Sanchez, Luke McKeown, and even the defending series champion, Sebastian Job, all failed to advance to the Feature, and missed out on necessary points for their respective title runs.

Last Season:

Thruxton Circuit joins the fold for the first time in series history, only having just been added to the extensive list of tracks on the iRacing platform back in December. In this spot on last season’s calendar was the Red Bull Ring, which featured a Sprint race that was won by Alejandro Sanchez and a Feature race won by the eventual champion that season, Sebastian Job.

Track Facts:

Hampshire, England’s Thruxton Circuit traces its history back to 1950, when the former RAF Thruxton airfield-home base for many key Allied efforts during World War II-first saw use in motorcycle races. The main circuit was established in 1968, following the outline of the airfield’s perimeter road. It currently hosts major British touring car and superbike events each summer, as well as series like the F4 British Championship and TCR UK.

Befitting a circuit built around active runways, Thruxton is known as “The Fastest Circuit in the UK.” A lap of Thruxton features just 12 turns in its 2.35-mile layout, and few of them are particularly sharp. While its race lap record is still over a minute, owing to the levels of racing it typically hosts, there’s potential for a much faster time in higher-class equipment with its gradual curves. Damon Hill turned a lap of 57.6 seconds with an average speed of over 147 miles per hour in his Williams FW15C in 1993 that serves as the unofficial track record.

All Stars:

The PESC All-Stars are back in 2025 with one of the biggest star-studded lineups in series history. eNASCAR champion Casey Kirwan was victorious in the 2024 PESC All-Stars championship, winning his second title in a row, this time over Pablo “Pulpo” Lopez. Kirwan, Lopez, and other champions such as Emree and Quirkitized return in 2025, with many real world drivers taking part on occasion, such as Tony Kanaan and perhaps a few other surprises throughout the season.

Kirwan managed to extend his points lead through the Mid-season tournament event, but was locked out of winning for the first time all season, as two Porsche Factory Drivers—Bastian Buus and Laurin Heinrich—took home victories at the Sachsenring.

Next Up:

After Thruxton, the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup and the All-Stars will take on another new venue to the series, Fuji International Speedway.

The Fuji action is scheduled for Saturday, April 5th, and will be live starting at 18:00 GMT (2PM ET) via Porsche’s channels on YouTube and Twitch with All-Stars on tap first. The Supercup races will take off one hour afterwards, at 19:00 GMT (3PM ET).
